Skyfleet Cancellation Policy (V8 05/01/2026)
This policy sets out Skyfleet Limited’s approach to customer cancellations and withdrawal rights. It ensures compliance with FCA requirements, the Consumer Credit Act, CONC rules and the FCA’s Consumer Duty. It applies to both regulated (personal) customers and unregulated (business) customers, with clear distinctions between their rights.
Statutory Right to Withdraw from Regulated Finance Agreements
Customers entering into a regulated credit agreement have a statutory right to withdraw from the finance agreement within 14 days of signing their finance documentation.
• Withdrawal applies to the finance agreement only, not the vehicle order.
• Customers must notify the lender directly using the contact details in their agreement.
• Customers must repay any advanced credit and applicable daily interest to the lender.
Skyfleet will support customers wishing to exercise this right and will liaise with the funder where appropriate.
Cancelling Your Order with Skyfleet (Broker Agreement)
Customers may cancel their order with Skyfleet at any time before delivery. Our policy is:
• Arrangement fees are not refundable, in the event of a cancellation.
• We do not charge cancellation fees for cancelling prior to delivery.
Business Customers
Business customers do not benefit from statutory withdrawal rights. However, Skyfleet permits cancellation before delivery without cancellation charges. Arrangement fees are not refundable in the event of a cancellation.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact us using one of the following methods:
• Email: [email protected]
• Telephone: 01233 730260
Please include your name, vehicle details and order reference when submitting a cancellation request.
Impact of Cancelling at Different Stages
Depending on the stage of your order, additional steps may apply:
• Vehicle in build or transit – We will liaise with the dealer/funder to minimise costs, but some charges may be outside our control.
• After delivery – Cancellation is not possible, but regulated customers may still be able use their 14-day withdrawal right with the lender.
We will always act to minimise foreseeable harm in line with the Consumer Duty.
Consumer Duty – Customer Outcomes
Skyfleet is committed to ensuring that cancellations are handled in a way that supports good customer outcomes, including:
• Making cancellation simple and easy.
• Ensuring customers receive clear, timely information.
• Considering vulnerability and providing additional support where needed.
• Avoiding foreseeable harm and acting in the customer’s best interests.
Data Protection
Upon cancellation, Skyfleet will update your file and retain your information only as necessary to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. All data will be processed in line with our Data Protection Policy and GDPR requirements.
