Broker Fees
A non-refundable broker administration fee is payable for our services. This fee represents the costs we incur in assisting you with arranging the finance contract, as well as sourcing and arranging delivery of your new vehicle.
The fee of £325 plus VAT (or £325 VAT inclusive for private individuals) is payable at the point where you instruct Skyfleet Limited to place a vehicle order on your behalf. This will only take place once the finance has been approved and a vehicle to your specification has been located.
The fee may be paid either by debit or credit card, or by BACS payment. No additional fees will be charged for debit or credit card payments. No refunds are available for this fee.
There are no additional fees payable to secure your new vehicle, and Skyfleet Limited will not charge for any additional services throughout the duration of your contract. These services form part of the overall service we provide.
Cancellation Rights
Skyfleet Limited and its supplying dealers do not charge cancellation fees if you cancel your vehicle order prior to delivery.
After delivery, any cancellation during your finance agreement will be subject to early termination charges as defined in the terms and conditions of your finance agreement.
